Ingredients List

  • 3 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

  • 1 Can (6 oz) Tuna

  • 1 Can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 Soup Can of Milk

    Non-Dairy milks such as Almond, Oat or Soy also work and we prefer them

  • 6 oz Bag Potato Chips Crushed

  • Black Pepper

How to Make

  1. Boil a bowl/pot of water

  2. Add uncooked macaroni to boiling water

  3. Boil for 8 minutes until done

  4. Drain macaroni

  5. Mix Mushroom soup, 1 soup can of milk, and drained tuna in a casserole dish

  6. Mix well

  7. Add macaroni

  8. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with pepper.

  9. Microwave on high for 15 minutes.

Notes

My father originally created this when he was a broke college student in California. He made it at least once a month when we were kids. So me and my siblings all love it to this day. It’s cheap, easy and quick to make.

Pro tip: It’s even better when you reheat the leftovers and eat it that way!
